The material is waterproof, kept under water for a couple of minutes-not soaked. The smell is, but not critical, I think that it will fade with time. Delivery to Kharkov-20 days. The cover is in excellent condition, only packed was in a thin bag, afraid to cut when opening the package. Not yet measured on the backpack. Later i will add a review.
